by Atholl Simpson

Leading global equity manager Peter Robson of TreeTop Asset Management believes a big shift is underway with commodity and resources returns feeling the brunt of the pain.

The Citywire A-rated manager reveals his outlook for 2012 and why he is increasingly positive on the US economy. China he says, has been an 'architect of its own slowdown' and explains why he believes the  'soft or hard landing' debate is irrelevant in the near term.

Over the past three years, his TreeTop Global Opportunities fund has posted returns of 63.4% while its Citywire benchmark, FTSE All World TR EUR, has risen 53.1%.
